Blue Moon Elixir is a refreshing toner spray, filled with gentle ingredients like willow bark, rose water and carrot seed that also keep your skin nourished and lightly hydrated without drying.

Best for dry to normal skin types.

Scent Notes: No added fragrance, but the natural rose water and carrot seed bring a slightly floral, earthy scent.

Ingredients: Water, Rose Water, Sodium Lactate, Salix Nigra (Willow Bark), Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Seed, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Idopropynl Butylcarbamate.

Avoid eyes and mouth. Always use sunscreen to avoid sun sensitivity.
